Acceptance of policies and registration conditions
The following Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 Registration Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) apply to all Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 events. Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register.
Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the Event Terms & Conditions.
Photography and Recording of Copyrighted Material
- All slides and other materials displayed, shown, or otherwise published during the Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 are protected by copyright and may not be publicly displayed or republished without consent of the copyright owner, except in the following exceptions:
- Attendees may share images or short audio recordings of the Meeting Materials in a reasonable manner, if: 1) attribution is given to the author owner; 2) sharing is for non-commercial purposes; 3) no derivatives of the original material may be distributed or published.
- Sharing recordings of meeting materials, including live streaming, is strictly prohibited.
- Screenshots of slides may be posted on social media if attribution is given to the presenter.
General
- Materials presented at Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022, including all slides, and other materials displayed, shown, or otherwise published during the Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 (the “Meeting Materials”), are protected by copyright, and may not be publicly displayed or republished without the express written consent of the copyright owner, except as expressly provided in this Policy.
No Video Recording and Live Audio or Video Streaming
- Sharing any recordings of meeting materials, including live streaming audio or video recordings, is strictly prohibited.
Violators
- Violators of this Policy may have their access to the virtual meeting platform revoked.
Disclaimer
- Portions of the Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 will be recorded. Any photographs or recordings taken during the meeting may be used in future Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 publications, online, or in other Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 materials. Attendance or participation in the meeting constitutes an agreement with the Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 by the registrant for the Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 to use and distribute the registrant’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, or other electronic media pertaining to the Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2022 annual meeting events and activities.
