Acceptance of policies and registration conditions
The following 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 Registration Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) apply to all 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 events. Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register.
Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the Event Terms & Conditions.
How we will use your information
- 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 is committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information. By submitting your email address during the event registration process, you agree that the 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 and its event partners may send you event-related information. A valid email address is required for all registrations.
- 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 uses the personal data you provide in this registration for administering your participation in this event. This may include information about the event’s content, updates, and additional information related to the event.

- Attendees may share images or short audio recordings of the Meeting Materials in a reasonable manner, if: 1) attribution is given to the author owner; 2) sharing is for non-commercial purposes; 3) no derivatives of the original material may be distributed or published.
- Screenshots of slides may be posted on social media if attribution is given to the presenter.
General
- Materials presented at the 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 , including all slides, and other materials displayed, shown, or otherwise published during the 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 (the “Meeting Materials”), are protected by copyright and may not be publicly displayed or republished without the express written consent of the copyright owner, except as expressly provided in this Policy.
No Video Recording and Live Audio or Video Streaming
- Sharing any recordings of meeting materials, including audio or video recordings, is strictly prohibited.
Violators
- Violators of this Policy may have their access to the virtual meeting platform revoked.
Disclaimer
- Portions of the 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 will be recorded. Any photographs or recordings taken during the meeting may be used in future 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 publications, online, or in other 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 materials. Attendance or participation in the meeting constitutes an agreement with the 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 by the registrant for the 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 to use and distribute the registrant’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, or other electronic media pertaining to the 3rd Southeast Asia Rare Disease Summit 2025 annual meeting events and activities.
